At ASSUAGE, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at assuageasuage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: bath bombs, shower steamers, and epsom salt.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at assuageasuage@gmail.com.
